In the service booklet of the Freiburg Trade Fair you will find all order forms, such as stand construction, catering, decoration, stand cleaning, etc.
CONSTRUCTION
- Friday 14.11.: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Saturday 15.11.: 8:00 – 10:00 am
- Entry into the exhibition hall ONLY permitted for dealers from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Please remember to bring sack trucks or similar means of transport. Nothing of this kind can be rented on site. As there are three parallel events taking place this time, the loading yard may get crowded.
- If special structures require a longer set-up time, a written application for approval can be submitted in urgent cases - provided the hall capacity allows it. The application must be received at least four weeks before the start of the trade fair.
MESSELAUFZEIT
- Saturday 15.11. 10:00 – 18:00 (open for exhibitors from 8:00 to 19:00)
- Sunday 16.11. 10:00 – 17:00 (open for exhibitors from 9:00 to 22:00)
DEMOLITION
- Sunday 17.11. 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Entry into the exhibition hall ONLY for dealers and only after
- 5:30 pm
- If you need more dismantling time, please let us know in advance.
- If you need to drive a vehicle into the hall for dismantling, please let us know in advance.
EXHIBITOR IDs
The exhibitor passes have been sent. If these have not arrived, please let us know on FRIDAY during setup.
GUARDING
The exhibition halls are locked at night but not guarded. Unfortunately, theft is always a possibility. Please do not leave any valuables at the stand or book a night guard using the service booklet.

Free tickets and discount cards have already been sent. If you need more, please contact us by email.

THE PARK
There are sufficient parking spaces available for exhibitors behind the exhibition hall. You will receive free parking permits by post.
STAND CONSTRUCTION AND ADDITIONAL ORDERS
Back walls are mandatory at kreativ freiburg. If you have chosen a row, corner or end stand, please ensure that there is a clear demarcation between you and your neighbors. Your shelves or walls should be attractive on all sides to avoid unnecessary discussions with neighbors.
